Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and limitations governing the use of Bluverr’s services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services
Bluverr provides digital services including but not limited to website development, e-commerce operations, automation, customer support systems, and business process support.
All services are delivered based on the agreed scope defined during project onboarding or written communication.
Project Initiation
Work on any project will begin only after:
- All required information and assets are provided by the client
- Initial payment or agreed milestone payment is received
- Project scope has been confirmed by both parties
Delays in providing required inputs may affect timelines and delivery schedules.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for project execution. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Brand assets and guidelines
- Product or service details (if applicable)
- Content, images, and required access credentials
- Timely feedback and approvals during the project lifecycle
Bluverr is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect client inputs.
Revisions & Changes
All projects include a predefined revision structure based on the agreed scope.
Any additional changes outside the original scope may be treated as a new requirement and billed separately.
Timelines & Delivery
Project timelines are estimated based on scope and timely client communication.
Bluverr will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines; however, delays caused by client-side dependencies or scope changes may impact delivery dates.
Payments
All payments must be made as per the agreed terms before or during project execution.
Bluverr reserves the right to pause or stop work in case of delayed or incomplete payments.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds, if applicable, are considered only under exceptional circumstances and are subject to review and approval by Bluverr management.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final delivered assets become the client’s property unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Bluverr retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
Third-Party Services
Bluverr may use third-party tools or platforms (such as hosting providers, APIs, or integrations). We are not responsible for issues arising from these external services.
Limitation of Liability
Bluverr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
In such cases, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.
Changes to Terms
Bluverr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
